What Did Brad Pitt Eat That Cleared the Room?

July 4, 2025: Brad Pitt is proving once again that even Hollywood royalty isn’t immune to a little embarrassment. While promoting his new racing blockbuster F1: The Movie on the New Heights podcast hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce, the 61-year-old actor shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes moment from his early career involving a plate of beans—and an unfortunate accident.

The scene took place in the 1990s during one of Pitt’s early films. He recalled filming in a cramped café, packed with around 60 crew members, where his character was meant to devour a massive plate of beans and bacon after supposedly not eating for days.

Embracing method acting, Pitt went all in—take after take. But by round four, his stomach had other plans.

Nature took over while I was stuck in the chair,” Pitt admitted, laughing. As the aftermath hit, the entire film crew reportedly “fled the café.” Though he didn’t name the movie, Entertainment Weekly noted he ate baked beans in his 1991 film Johnny Suede.

Now wiser, Pitt joked, “Ever since then, I pace myself.

While the blooper is getting big laughs, Pitt’s latest project is no joke at the box office. F1: The Movie, directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick), and produced by Lewis Hamilton and Jerry Bruckheimer, hit theaters on June 27 and made a massive splash.

The film earned $55.6 million domestically and $144 million worldwide during its opening weekend — setting a new record for Apple Studios. In India, F1 collected ₹5.5 crore on day one, and has amassed over ₹32 crore in its first week.

Now nearing a $160 million global total, F1: The Movie marks Brad Pitt’s box office comeback — proving that even if beans bring him down, the big screen still lifts him up.
