“Ye To Bahut Hi Unfortunate Hai..”, Says Arshad Warsi On Govinda’s Gunshot Injury

Actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda is currently recovering in a Mumbai hospital after accidentally injuring his leg with his licensed revolver.

The incident took place around 4:45 am on Tuesday when the firearm discharged while Govinda was placing it in a cupboard. The actor was preparing to leave for Kolkata at the time.

His manager, Shashi Sinha, informed that the revolver slipped from Govinda’s hand, leading to the accident. Doctors successfully removed the bullet, and Govinda is in stable condition, expected to be discharged soon.

In an audio message, Govinda thanked his well-wishers and the doctor who treated him, expressing his gratitude for the prayers and support.

Following the incident, celebrities like David Dhawan and Shatrughan Sinha visited him at the hospital, while stars such as Arbaaz Khan and Arshad Warsi expressed their concern and wished him a speedy recovery during the trailer launch of their film Bandaa Singh Chaudhary.
