Why the 5-Year Break?

During a recent show in Hyderabad, Zakir left fans stunned by announcing he would be stepping away from live touring until approximately 2030.

Health Recovery: Zakir cited “genetic illnesses” and the physical toll of non-stop touring over the last decade. He admitted to damaging his body with a cycle of sleepless nights, irregular meals, and back-to-back flights.
Mental Well-being: The comedian expressed a need to prioritize “rest and recovery” and fulfill personal commitments that had been sidelined during his rise to fame.
The “Final Lap”: Zakir confirmed that every show until June 20, 2026, will be a “celebration,” after which he will record the special and begin his long break.
