As is tradition, admirers gathered outside his residence, Jalsa, to catch a glimpse of the megastar. They were seen cheering, shouting, and taking pictures of the “Shahenshah of Bollywood,” showcasing their unwavering affection for the legendary actor.

Bachchan made a brief appearance to greet his fans, who welcomed him with loud cheers and applause, highlighting the deep bond he shares with his audience. The atmosphere was electric, filled with love and appreciation for the iconic figure who has left an indelible mark on Indian cinema.

Several Bollywood celebrities also took the opportunity to extend their warm wishes to Bachchan. Producer Anand Pandit shared a nostalgic reflection on how Bachchan’s film Trishul profoundly influenced him.

He remarked, “I have grown up watching Bachchan ji’s films. Trishul is one film that deeply impacted me. I watched it about 60-70 times at that time. I had in mind that I also wanted to become the Amitabh Bachchan of Trishul. It motivated me a lot and it’s somehow responsible for making me move to Mumbai.”

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan recently starred in Vettaiyan alongside Rajinikanth, which was released in theatres. The film also features Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati, showcasing the megastar’s continued relevance in the industry. Additionally, he is set to appear alongside Deepika Padukone in the Hindi remake of The Intern in the coming months.

Earlier this year, Bachchan and Deepika were seen in the futuristic film Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin. The post-apocalyptic film, inspired by Hindu scriptures and set in 2898 AD, also stars Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani.
