“Ganpati Bappa Morya” : Varun Dhawan And Atlee Seeks Blessings At Lalbaugcha Raja

Varun Dhawan, along with filmmaker Atlee and producer Murad Khetani, embraced the festive spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi by visiting the iconic Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai on Tuesday.

Dressed in a simple white shirt and denim, Varun was spotted entering the temple, while Atlee and Khetani donned traditional ethnic attire. The trio appeared joyful as they sought blessings from Lord Ganesha during the 10-day festival, which began on September 6 and culminates on Anantha Chaturdashi.

On the work front, Varun’s upcoming film Baby John is generating buzz. Directed by A Kaleeswaran, it stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, and Rajpal Yadav. Keerthy Suresh makes her Bollywood debut with the film, presented by Atlee in collaboration with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios. The teaser has already garnered massive fan response.

In addition to Baby John, Varun is set to appear in Border 2, a war film written by Nidhi Dutta and directed by Anurag Singh. Sunny Deol recently introduced Varun’s character, Fauji, in an Instagram post, adding to the anticipation. The movie, set against the backdrop of the Battle of Longewala, will begin filming in October 2023, aiming for a January 2026 release.

Varun will also star in the Indian adaptation of Citadel, opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and in another project titled Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari.
