Prateik Babbar and Priya Banerjee’s wedding on February 14 has generated immense excitement among their fans. However, tensions have surfaced within the Babbar family, with Aarya Babbar expressing disappointment over their exclusion from the guest list.

Prateik’s half-brother, Aarya Babbar, opened up about his shock and confusion regarding why the Babbar family has been left out of the celebrations.

“We are not invited as a family. Babbars are not invited. I truly believe we are still close. I don’t understand how this happened. I presume someone has overpowered his brain too much. He is not wanting to connect with anyone from this side of the family. He has decided not to call anyone. I give him this benefit of doubt.”

Aarya further elaborated on the family’s estrangement, particularly his mother’s role in holding the family together.

“My mother is the one who made this dysfunctional family into a functional one. Even if he doesn’t wish to invite my mother, at least dad should have been called. Prateik’s Second Marriage Amid Family Discontent

Despite the family tensions, Prateik and Priya’s wedding remains a much-anticipated event. This will mark Prateik’s second marriage, as he was previously married to Sanya Sagar.

Additionally, Prateik recently added his mother’s surname to his name and is now officially called Prateik Patil Babbar. Reports suggest that Juhi’s son inspired this name change.
