Britney Spears’ on-again, off-again boyfriend, Paul Soliz, has made headlines again following the latest development in his personal life. Soliz’s wife, Nicole Mancilla, filed for divorce on Wednesday, officially seeking to end their marriage. In a surprising turn of events, Soliz has reportedly moved into Spears’ home, bringing three of his children with him.
Sandra Smith, Soliz’s mother-in-law, discussed the situation during an interview on The Drew Lane Show on Friday. She expressed serious concerns about Soliz’s actions, stating, “He took three of the kids, too. We are trying to get those kids back.” Smith also criticized Soliz for not providing financial support for his nine children.
Court documents from the Los Angeles County Support Services, filed in March and obtained by Page Six in May, show that Soliz is required to pay $1,167 in child support monthly, along with half of his children’s medical expenses. These children include Trystan (9), Dylan (8), and Violet (1), whom he shares with Mancilla. According to the same documents, while Soliz receives $2,773 a month, Mancilla is currently unemployed.
Smith didn’t hold back in her criticism, labeling Soliz a “loser” and stating, “He says that I stressed him out because I called him a deadbeat dad.” She also expressed confusion about Spears’ relationship with Soliz, who had previously worked for the pop star as a housekeeper before their romance began in September 2023. Their relationship surfaced shortly after Spears’ separation from her ex-husband, Sam Asghari.
As the situation continues to unfold, Spears’ involvement with Soliz raises eyebrows, especially in light of his complicated personal life and his criminal history.
