
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's Legal Battle Escalates: Alleged Texts Surface in $250M Lawsuit
January 3, 2025: In the latest development of the highly publicised legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, alleged text exchanges between the two have surfaced as evidence in Baldoni’s $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times. The lawsuit, filed in response to Lively’s harassment allegations, seeks to challenge claims of inappropriate behavior on the set of It Ends With Us.

Baldoni’s legal team has presented text messages purportedly showing Lively’s active involvement in wardrobe and creative discussions. One message, in particular, reveals Lively suggesting “sexier clothing” for her character, which Baldoni argues sets the context for his later comments during production.
Lively had accused Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath of misconduct, including entering her trailer uninvited during private moments, such as breastfeeding. Additionally, she claimed that intimate scenes were “unscripted and unplanned.”
