Baldoni’s legal team announced the website earlier, emphasizing that it would ensure transparency by making all relevant correspondence publicly available.

Lively’s Response and Allegations

Blake Lively’s legal team has criticized the website as a form of harassment and intimidation, labeling it as an example of DARVO—Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender—a strategy often employed by those accused of misconduct. “This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with evidence, and the accused tries to flip the narrative,” Lively’s lawyers stated.
