Justin Baldoni Counters Blake Lively's Allegations with Evidence-Laden Website Launch
February 2, 2025: Justin Baldoni has launched a dedicated website, thelawsuitinfo.com, aimed at refuting Blake Lively’s allegations against him. The site, which went live on February 1, includes extensive documentation such as emails, legal filings, and video evidence, all intended to challenge Lively’s claims. Baldoni’s legal team announced the website earlier, emphasizing that it would ensure transparency by making all relevant correspondence publicly available.

At the time of writing, the website hosts two detailed documents:
The website also includes set footage from It Ends With Us and additional evidence intended to counter allegations of inappropriate behavior. Baldoni’s legal counsel, Bryan Freedman, stressed that the website’s purpose is to present facts and allow the public to form their own opinions. “Justin and his team have the right to defend themselves with the truth,” Freedman said in a statement.
Blake Lively’s legal team has criticized the website as a form of harassment and intimidation, labeling it as an example of DARVO—Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender—a strategy often employed by those accused of misconduct. “This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with evidence, and the accused tries to flip the narrative,” Lively’s lawyers stated. They maintain that Baldoni is leveraging his production company’s vast resources to launch a media offensive.
Reports from TMZ indicate that Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, sought a court order to block the site’s launch, arguing that it constituted retaliation. However, their efforts were unsuccessful, and the website remains accessible.
In a counterattack, Baldoni and his production company filed a $400 million defamation lawsuit on January 16 against Lively, her publicist Leslie Sloan, and Ryan Reynolds. The lawsuit alleges that Lively and her team conspired with media outlets to damage Baldoni’s reputation, citing metadata from a New York Times article as evidence of premeditated coordination.
The legal battle continues to unfold, with both parties firmly standing their ground. While Baldoni seeks to clear his name, Lively’s team insists the evidence is on their side.
