Suhana Khan Chooses Zoya Akhtar’s Christmas Party Over Rumoured Beau Agastya Nanda’s Kapoor Family Luncheon

Suhana Khan skips the Kapoor family gathering, attended by rumoured beau Agastya Nanda, to celebrate Christmas with Bollywood’s elite at Zoya Akhtar’s star-studded event.

December 26, 2024: Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan, was among the star-studded guests at Zoya Akhtar’s festive Christmas party today, choosing the celebration over the traditional Kapoor family luncheon. The event, which took place at Zoya’s residence, saw an array of Bollywood celebrities gather for an unforgettable evening.

Prominent guests included Bhavna Pandey, Farhan Akhtar, Shibani Dandekar, Javed Akhtar, Maheep Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, and more, all arriving in style to ring in the holiday season together. Suhana Khan, who made her debut in The Archies directed by Zoya, looked stunning as she made her entrance into the celebration.

Interestingly, Suhana opted to attend Zoya’s party instead of the annual Kapoor family luncheon, which was attended by her rumoured beau, Agastya Nanda. Agastya, who also debuted with The Archies, is the maternal grandson of the late Ritu Nanda, daughter of the legendary Raj Kapoor.

The event at Zoya’s home was buzzing with energy as many Bollywood celebs turned up in style. The stylish Maheep Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor were spotted arriving together, with Sanjay donning a red checkered shirt. Shahid Kapoor made an appearance with his wife Mira Rajput, and cousin Ishaan Khatter was also seen, with all three looking dapper. Mira looked lovely in a red dress, complementing the festive spirit.

Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar was also spotted at the party, entering in a blue kurta and sharing a cheerful moment with the paparazzi. Farhan Akhtar, known for his role in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, attended with wife Shibani Dandekar, while renowned director Sajid Khan brought his signature flair to the event.

As Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti continue to make waves in the industry with exciting projects, they are currently working on In Transit, a nine-part docu-series in collaboration with Amazon Studios. The series will highlight transgender stories from India, offering a fresh perspective on an often underrepresented community. The duo also recently launched Turtle Walker, a documentary about conservationist Satish Bhaskar’s extraordinary journey to protect sea turtles along India’s coast.

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan is gearing up for her theatrical debut in Siddharth Anand’s crime thriller King, where she stars alongside her father Shah Rukh. Agastya Nanda, on the other hand, is set to appear in Sriram Raghavan’s military action film Ikkis, further solidifying his place in Bollywood.
