On Friday in Ahmedabad, India raced through the West Indies to win the series 3-0.
India thrashed West Indies by 96 runs in the third One-Day International (ODI) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, completing a 3-0 series sweep.
The hosts bowled out the Windies for 169 in 37.1 overs, defending a goal of 266 runs. Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj were in outstanding form for India’s bowling attack, both taking three wickets. Deepak Chahar and Kuldeep Yadav, on the other hand, both received two dismissals. India scored 265 runs in 50 overs.
India’s top-order collapsed, but Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant’s dominant partnership turned the game around. Pant hit 56 runs off 54 deliveries, while Iyer slammed 80 runs off 111 balls.
Jason Holder was in great shape to take 4 wickets. during second winnings Deepak Chahar, Mohammad Siraj, and Prasidh Krishna, an Indian speed trio, ripped down the West Indies batting order, dismissing them for 169 in 37.1 overs. Kuldeep Yadav, a spinner, too made a good comeback, taking two wickets which sealed off the victoy
