Ira Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, shared a heartwarming love note from her husband Nupur Shikhare on social media. On Thursday, Ira posted an adorable picture on her Instagram Story, featuring herself with Nupur and a sweet note from her husband.
The note, which quickly charmed fans, read: “To my prettiest wife, have a lovely day sexy! Muah! I love you.” The note was accompanied by a selfie of the couple, both beaming with happiness.
Earlier in the week, Nupur had shared a photo from their lively pyjama party, held before their wedding in Udaipur. On Monday, he posted a series of pictures from the event on his Instagram. In the photos, Ira was seen in cozy pyjamas with her hair styled in two cute buns, while Nupur wore a stylish lungi. One picture showed Ira resting her chin on Nupur’s hand, with a “pyjama party” banner visible in the background.
Nupur captioned the post, “Gavthi babu aur Gori mem. P.S. doubt the apt song,” and fans quickly filled the comment section with heart emojis.
Ira and Nupur were married in a traditional Christian ceremony in Udaipur, Rajasthan, after registering their marriage at Taj Lands End, Bandra, in Mumbai on January 3. The wedding reception saw the attendance of several Bollywood celebrities, including Dharmendra, Sachin Tendulkar, Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan.
Reportedly, Ira and Nupur met during the COVID-19 lockdown while Ira was living with her father, Aamir Khan. The couple got engaged in November last year.
