‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ star Adarsh Gourav opens up about his preparation for the role

‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’, starring Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi, features actor Adarsh Gourav in an intriguing role. Adarsh got physically transformed for the role. “For ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan,’ I wanted to delve into the essence of Callisthenics and portray it with authenticity,” he said in discussing it. It required extensive training and in-depth knowledge of the field. I was inspired to push myself to the limit and aim for excellence in all I did, including my physical transformation, by the director’s vision.” Callisthenics is a type of strength training that requires little to no equipment and uses the body weight of the practitioner to perform multi-joint, compound movements.


On December 26, “Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” will launch on Netflix. The movie’s trailer was just released by the producers. The three friends in Mumbai are portrayed in the trailer as having various facets of friendship. Lines like “We only show off on social media” are used to discuss how social media is used in modern life. Anyone’s social media profile is accessible.” It portrays the vibrant, romantic, relationship-focused, party-loving, social media-influencing, and dramatic lives of three young people. Under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby, Ritesh Sidhwani, Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, and Farhan Akhtar produce the movie, which is directed by Arjun Varain Singh.
