She changed her name right away to Deepika Padukone. “Satyam Shivam Sundaram” is a love drama movie from 1978 that was written and directed by Raj Kapoor. The main actors were Shashi Kapoor and Zeenat Aman. In the movie, she had a scarred face when she played Rupa.
