Lady Gaga Stole The Spotlight With Epic Headpiece At Venice Film Festival

Lady Gaga once again captivated audiences with her stunning appearance at the Venice Film Festival, attending the premiere of her upcoming film ‘Joker: Folie a Deux’, co-starring Joaquin Phoenix. Arriving alongside her co-star, the film’s director Todd Phillips, and her fiancé Michael Polansky, Gaga donned a breathtaking black flowy gown that featured a plunging neckline, exuding elegance on the red carpet.

What truly stole the show, however, was her dazzling headgear—a glittering lace piece by Philip Treacy—that perfectly complemented her outfit and added a touch of theatricality to her look.

The sequel to the critically acclaimed 2019 film ‘Joker’, which won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival, is set to release in theaters on October 4, 2024. The original film was a monumental success, receiving 11 Oscar nominations and becoming the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time, with Phoenix winning Best Actor and Hildur Guðnadóttir taking home the award for Original Score.

In this sequel, Phoenix reprises his iconic role as the Joker, while Gaga steps into the shoes of Harley Quinn. The film boasts a talented supporting cast, including Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, Harry Lawtey, and Zazie Beetz, who returns as Sophie.

Gaga expressed her excitement for the film, stating, “My version of Harley is mine, and it’s very authentic to this movie and these characters. I don’t want to give anything from the movie away. I think it’s really something you have to experience in the theater.” She emphasized that the film will feature music, dance, and outstanding performances, and remarked on the unique experience of working with Phoenix and Phillips, declaring, “I’ve never done anything like I’ve done in this movie before, so it’s all going to be completely brand new and really fun.”
