Dubai’s New Rs 85,000 Crore Twin Towers to Feature Ultra-Luxury Sky Pool That Joins The 2 Buildings

“The Regent Residences Dubai promises unparalleled opulence with exclusive penthouses, private pools, and panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek.”

January 10, 2025: Dubai is set to add another architectural marvel to its skyline with the announcement of a $1-billion (approximately Rs 85,879 crore) luxury development project at Marasi Marina. Named the Regent Residences Dubai, the project will feature two 591-foot-tall skyscrapers connected by a 43-foot infinity sky pool atop the towers. However, this exclusive rooftop pool will only be accessible to the ultra-penthouse, spanning 35,000 square feet.

Developed by Sankari and IHG Hotels & Resorts, the project is expected to be completed by 2027. It will comprise 63 luxury apartments, with each unit occupying an entire floor. Residents will enjoy spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the city.

The ultra-penthouse, considered the centerpiece of the development, will feature six bedrooms, a private gym, a personal elevator, and exclusive access to the rooftop infinity pool. While other residents won’t have access to this feature, they will enjoy private swimming terraces and an 82-foot indoor lap pool.

Architectural Brilliance

Designed by renowned firm Foster + Partners, the towers’ exteriors are inspired by cascading water, with pool terraces extending from the buildings’ facades. The design allows for one expansive apartment per floor, maximizing natural light and ventilation. The shared “design language” between the two towers enhances their cohesive and elegant appearance.

The development will also include green spaces, retail outlets, and dining options at its podium. Adding to its uniqueness, the project will feature 10 floating homes, referred to as “water villas,” situated along the waterfront.

Unparalleled Luxury

The Regent Residences Dubai will offer a host of amenities, including tennis and padel courts, outdoor lounges, a private cinema, and a virtual golf simulator. These features aim to redefine luxury living and create an exclusive haven for its residents.

Situated in Marasi Marina in Business Bay, a waterfront neighborhood south of Dubai’s downtown, the project is part of a larger redevelopment initiative to transform the area into a hub of luxury and leisure.
