July 6, 2025: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially started the AP ECET 2025 counselling registration from July 4, 2025. All eligible candidates who appeared for the exam can now visit the official website ecet-sche.aptonline.in to complete their registration.

This counselling process is crucial for diploma and B.Sc (Mathematics) students who want lateral entry admission into engineering courses (directly into the second year).

Who is Eligible?

Candidates who have scored at least 25% marks in the AP ECET 2025 exam (i.e., 50 out of 200) are eligible to take part in the counselling process.

Step-by-Step Process to Register for AP ECET 2025 Counselling

Follow these steps to register online:

Step 1: Go to the official website: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘Admissions’ tab under the AP ECET section.
Step 3: In the ‘Create Account’ section, enter your valid mobile number and other contact details.
Step 4: After creating your account, fill in your personal and academic information carefully.
Step 5: Pay the applicable counselling registration fee using the online payment option.
Step 6: Once submitted, download and save the application form as a PDF for future reference.

AP ECET 2025 Counselling Fees

  • SC/ST category: ₹600
  • BC and General category: ₹1200

Make sure to pay the fee online during the registration process to complete your application.

Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates must carry the following documents (original and photocopies) for the document verification round:

  • Provisional certificate of Diploma or B.Sc (Mathematics)
  • Marks memos for all semesters
  • AP ECET 2025 rank card
  • AP ECET 2025 hall ticket
  • Proof of date of birth (10th marksheet or birth certificate)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Income certificate
  • Residence certificate
  • Local status certificate
  • Study certificates (Class 7 to Diploma OR Class 9 to Degree)
  • Integrated community certificate (for BC/SC/ST candidates)

What Happens After Registration?

After registration and document verification, APSCHE will release a list of participating colleges. Seat allotment will be done based on:

  • Your college/course preferences
  • Availability of seats

Once a seat is allotted, you must report to the respective college within the given deadline. If you fail to do so, your admission may be cancelled.
