
Assam TET-cum-Recruitment Test 2024 Results to Be Announced Today for Graduate and Post Graduate Teachers
Guwahati, June 23, 2025 – The results of the Assam TET-cum-Recruitment Test 2024 for graduate teachers will be officially declared today, announced State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu via social media late Sunday. The exam was conducted by the Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE), Assam, on January 19, 2025.

“The results of the TET-cum-recruitment test for Graduate Teachers will be announced tomorrow. This will be followed by document verification and final confirmation of appointments. Best wishes to all candidates,” wrote Pegu on X (formerly Twitter).
This recruitment process aims to fill 8,230 vacancies for graduate teachers in subjects such as Arts, Science, Hindi, and Sanskrit, alongside 1,487 posts for Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs).

Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results and download mark sheets from the official website of DSE Assam. The result portal is expected to go live after 11 a.m. today.
Following result declaration, shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo document verification as the final step before appointments are confirmed.
