
Bihar Tragedy: Three Teens Playing PUBG on Railway Tracks Killed by Approaching Train
January 3, 2025: In a heartbreaking incident, three teenagers lost their lives while playing PUBG on railway tracks in Bihar’s West Champaran district on Thursday. The accident occurred near Royal School at Mansa Tola on the Narkatiaganj-Muzaffarpur rail section under the jurisdiction of the Mufassil police station.

Authorities, including SDPO Vivek Deep and the Railway Police, have initiated an investigation to determine the precise circumstances of the tragedy.

The tragic incident underscores the dangers of playing mobile games in unsafe environments, especially near railway tracks. Authorities are urging parents to:
“We are communicating with the families and conducting a thorough investigation. Preliminary reports indicate that the teenagers were playing mobile games on the tracks with earphones on, making them unaware of the approaching train,” said SDPO Vivek Deep.
This incident serves as a harsh reminder of the consequences of negligence in high-risk environments and the urgent need for better parental supervision and awareness programs.
