
Commercial LPG Price Reduced by ₹7: New Rates Announced Across Major Cities
February 1, 2025: New Delhi: In a move to provide some relief to commercial establishments, oil marketing companies have slashed the price of commercial LPG gas cylinders by ₹7 per 19-kg cylinder, effective from Saturday. This brings the price down to ₹1,797 in Delhi, compared to the previous rate of ₹1,804.

In a separate announcement, aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices were reduced by 1.5%, translating to a cut of ₹1,401.37 per kilolitre. The revised rate for ATF now stands at ₹90,455.47 per kilolitre in Delhi.
The reduction in commercial LPG prices is expected to bring relief to the hospitality industry, especially hotels and restaurants that heavily depend on LPG for daily operations. The aviation sector will also benefit from lower ATF rates, easing operational costs for airlines.
These price adjustments follow a previous reduction in LPG rates on January 1, 2025, signaling some respite amidst rising costs over the last two months.
