The new development—Trump Residences Gurgaon, Sector 69—is a ₹2,200-crore high-end project featuring twin 51-storey towers, 298 apartments, and a total saleable area of 1.2 million square feet.
“Trump returns to Gurugram with our second project. This reflects the strength of the Gurugram market and the value of our partnership with The Trump Organization,” said Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, the brand’s exclusive India partner.

“This isn’t just a project – it’s a breathtaking testament to what happens when vision meets limitless ambition,” said Pankaj Bansal, Co-founder of Smartworld Developers.
India is now the largest market for Trump-branded projects outside the US, with six developments announced so far:
“We’re proud to expand in this remarkable city again. Trump Residences Gurgaon will stand among the most iconic properties in our global portfolio,” said Eric Trump, Executive Vice President, The Trump Organization.
The first Trump Tower in Gurugram launched at ₹16,500 per sq ft. Resale prices have since soared to ₹35,000 per sq ft, underlining the strong demand for Trump properties in India.
Mehta confirmed more Trump-branded projects are in the pipeline for North and South India, although he refrained from sharing specific details.
