How To Pay Property Tax Online?

June 25, 2025: Property owners can now conveniently pay their taxes online with a streamlined digital system introduced by the Municipal Corporation. The user-friendly portal allows citizens to handle their property tax payments efficiently, right from login to receipt download.

Step 1: Login

  • Enter your registered mobile number.
  • Validate with the OTP sent to your number.
  • Click Login to proceed.

Step 2: View Registered Property

  • Go to Registered Property Details.
  • Find your property listed under its UPIC (Unique Property Identification Code).
  • Click on ‘Pay Tax’ next to the relevant UPIC.

Step 3: Select Financial Year

  • Choose the Financial Year for which you wish to pay tax.
  • Click Submit to view your tax dues.

Step 4: Make Online Payment

  • Review your Tax Calculation for the selected year.
  • Choose your preferred online payment method (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • Complete the payment securely.

Step 5: Download Tax Receipt

  • After successful payment, download and save your Tax Payment Receipt for your records.

This initiative is part of the government’s ongoing effort to enhance digital governance, reduce paperwork, and increase transparency in civic services. Authorities have encouraged citizens to use the portal and avoid last-minute queues or manual delays.
