The flight was diverted to Bengaluru after the crew reported a technical issue mid-air. Emergency services were on standby at the airport, and the aircraft landed safely without any injuries to passengers or crew members.
IndiGo Airlines confirmed the incident and said it is currently investigating the cause of the emergency landing. Passengers were reportedly assisted promptly upon landing, and alternate travel arrangements are being made for those onboard to continue their journey to Chennai.
