PM Modi’s Mahakumbh Visit on December 13

Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to visit Mahakumbh on December 13 and will unveil statues of Lord Ram and Nishadraj at Shrungverpur Dham. Following the unveiling, the Prime Minister will embark on the Nishadraj cruise, traveling from Arail to Sangam.

At the Sangam, PM Modi will pay homage to the sacred Ganga River, perform a ritual bath, and participate in the Ganga Aarti. His itinerary also includes visits to key religious landmarks such as the Bade Hanuman Temple and Akshayavat.

The Prime Minister will be accompanied by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and will engage with prominent saints and spiritual leaders at the Parade Ground assembly, a highlight of the Mahakumbh celebrations.

Nishadraj Cruise: A Symbol of Excellence

Additional Mela Officer Vivek Chaturvedi stated that all necessary arrangements are being made to ensure the smooth journey of the state-of-the-art Nishadraj cruise. Continuous coordination between the Prayagraj Mela Authority and Varanasi administration has ensured that the luxury cruise is on track to reach Prayagraj.

Currently stationed at Sitamarhi, the Nishadraj cruise is equipped with special amenities and is set to provide an unforgettable experience for pilgrims and tourists from India and abroad. A second large vessel has been deployed to assist its passage, ensuring all obstacles are cleared along the way.

The cruise requires a minimum clearance of 100 feet for safe navigation, and authorities are ensuring seamless operations to facilitate its journey.
