January 3, 2025: Mumbai: In a tragic incident in Kurla’s Qureshi Nagar, 41-year-old Reshma Muzaffar Qazi allegedly stabbed her 62-year-old mother, Sabira Bano Azgar Sheikh, to death during a heated argument late Thursday night.

The Incident:
- Sabira Bano, who lived with her son in Mumbra, had come to visit her daughter, Reshma, at her residence.
- During their interaction, a longstanding resentment resurfaced, with Reshma accusing her mother of favoring her elder sister over her.
- The argument escalated, leading Reshma to retrieve a kitchen knife and stab her mother fatally.
