During a routine scan of the CCTV footage, the CEO noticed an elderly man waiting at a counter unattended. Despite directing the staff to address the man immediately and inform him if his issue could not be resolved, 20 minutes later, the same man was still waiting.

Frustrated with the lack of responsiveness, the CEO personally visited the residential department, reprimanded the employees, and ordered them to stand and work for 20 minutes as a corrective measure.
