On Thursday, the Ministry of External Affairs convened a high-level briefing in South Block, New Delhi, updating senior diplomats from over a dozen key nations including the US, UK, EU, Japan, France, Germany, China, Qatar, Russia, and Italy.
The briefings come alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s strong warning in Bihar, where he declared India would hunt down terrorists and their backers “to the ends of the Earth.” He added, “India’s spirit will never be broken by terrorism. Terrorism will not go unpunished.”
