“Papa Drum Mein Hai” – Murdered Meerut Man’s 6-Year-Old Daughter’s Chilling Words Expose Gruesome Crime

Saurabh Rajput, killed and dismembered by his wife and her lover, was buried in a cement-filled drum; his daughter unknowingly revealed the crime.

March 20, 2025: In a shocking turn of events, the six-year-old daughter of Meerut’s Saurabh Rajput inadvertently exposed his murder by repeatedly telling neighbors, “Papa drum mein hai” (Papa is in the drum). The revelation has left the family and authorities stunned, further reinforcing suspicions that the child may have witnessed the gruesome crime.

A Gruesome Murder Unfolds

Saurabh Rajput, a London-based professional, returned to Meerut to celebrate his daughter’s sixth birthday. However, on March 4, he was brutally murdered by his wife, Muskaan Rastogi, and her lover, Sahil Shukla. The duo chopped his body into 15 pieces and buried it in a plastic drum filled with wet cement, attempting to conceal the crime.

The shocking details emerged when Muskaan and Sahil vacated their rented home, leaving the heavy drum behind. When laborers attempted to move it, they were met with an unbearable stench, prompting them to alert the police. By then, Muskaan had already fled to her parents’ home, possibly realizing that her crime was about to be uncovered.

Family’s Outrage & Suspicions

Saurabh’s mother, Renu Devi, is devastated by the loss of her son. She alleged that Muskaan’s family was complicit in the crime and accused them of misleading authorities. “She and Sahil killed my son, went on a trip, and then tried to cover it up. Her family must have known. They should all be hanged,” she said in a heart-wrenching statement.

The victim’s daughter, who was living with Muskaan at the time, may have witnessed parts of the crime. “She kept saying, ‘Papa is in the drum.’ She must have seen something. That’s why they sent her away,” Renu Devi claimed.

A Toxic Marriage & A Deadly Affair

Muskaan and Saurabh had a love marriage in 2016, but tensions arose when Saurabh left his Merchant Navy job to spend more time with her, a decision that strained his family ties. In 2019, they had a daughter, but the relationship soured when Saurabh discovered Muskaan’s affair with his friend Sahil.

Despite considering divorce, Saurabh decided to move to London for work, hoping to secure a future for his daughter. However, back in India, Muskaan and Sahil’s relationship intensified, eventually leading to Saurabh’s murder.

Muskaan’s Parents Demand Death Penalty

Muskaan’s parents have condemned their daughter’s actions and demanded the harshest punishment. “She is not fit for society. She must be hanged. Saurabh was a good man who supported her, yet she betrayed him,” said her father, Pramod Rastogi.

Her mother, Kavita Rastogi, also expressed remorse, stating that they were unaware of her drug abuse and toxic relationship with Sahil. “Saurabh deserved justice. Our daughter has lost the right to live,” she added.

Police Investigation Continues

Muskaan and Sahil are in police custody, with authorities probing further into their relationship, drug use, and possible premeditated motives. As the investigation unfolds, justice for Saurabh Rajput remains the priority for his grieving family.
