PM Modi leads Pran Pratishtha ceremony in traditional outfit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, clad in a cream-colored traditional kurta-pajama and matching jacket, performed the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.

Climbing the intricately carved white marble temple stairs, he led the rituals, offering prayers to Ram Lalla. The 51-inch idol was unveiled during the ceremony, attended by dignitaries like CM Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

The grand temple, constructed in traditional Nagara style, spans 380×250 feet and features intricately sculpted depictions of Hindu deities. The foundation uses indigenous technology with no iron components.

“The divine moment of Pran Prathishta of Shri Ram Lala in Ayodhya Dham is an emotional moment for everyone. It is my good fortune to be part of this unique programme. Jai Siyaram,” PM Modi said in a tweet.
