Delhi residents have been experiencing unusually warm daytime temperatures, making it difficult to decide whether to pack away winter wear. However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts light showers and drizzles on February 19 and 20, which could bring a temporary respite from the warmth.

According to IMD’s latest weather update, the city’s minimum and maximum temperatures will drop post-rainfall, making way for cooler days ahead.

📅 February 17: Max 28-30°C, Min 11.2°C
📅 February 18: Max 26-28°C, Min 10-12°C
📅 February 19: Max 26-28°C, Min 10-12°C ☔ (Light rain expected)
📅 February 20: Max 26-28°C, Min 11-13°C ☔ (Drizzles predicted)
📅 February 21: Max 25-27°C, Min 9-11°C 🌡 (Temperature drop post-rainfall)
📅 February 22: Max 25-27°C, Min 9-11°C
📅 February 23: Max 26-28°C, Min 9-11°C
💧 Rainfall on February 19-20 is expected to bring relief from the current warm conditions.
🌡 Minimum temperatures are set to fall to around 9-11°C after February 21.
🌬️ While the maximum temperatures will hover around 25-28°C, mornings and nights will be cooler than before.
Residents are advised to carry umbrellas and light jackets as Delhi transitions through fluctuating temperatures.
