June 30, 2025: Sawan Start Date– The sacred month of Sawan (Shravan), devoted to Lord Shiva, will begin on July 11, 2025, and continue until August 9, 2025. This spiritually significant period in the Hindu calendar is observed with great devotion, particularly in North India.

During this month, devotees engage in fasting, prayers, Rudrabhishek, and visits to Shiva temples, especially on Mondays, which are considered highly auspicious and are known as Sawan Somwars.
