AAP Confident of Third Consecutive Victory in Delhi, Says Saurabh Bharadwaj

AAP Leader Predicts Win, Slams BJP’s Leadership Ahead of February 5 Elections

New Delhi, February 4: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate from Greater Kailash, Saurabh Bharadwaj, has expressed confidence that his party will retain power for the third consecutive time in the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. As Delhi gears up for the crucial polls on February 5, Bharadwaj positioned the contest as a choice between AAP’s educated leadership and BJP’s alleged hooliganism.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Bharadwaj contrasted the credentials of AAP’s leadership with that of BJP’s. He highlighted that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, an IIT graduate, and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, with a media background, brought professionalism to governance, unlike BJP leaders such as Ramesh Bidhuri, Parvesh Verma, and Satish Upadhyay, whom he implied were not suited to lead the capital.

“People of Delhi have two main options—AAP, which has well-educated and capable leaders, or BJP, which includes figures like Ramesh Bidhuri and Parvesh Verma. I believe Delhiites will reject hooliganism and choose clean, professional governance,” Bharadwaj said.

Kejriwal Accuses Election Commission & Delhi Police of Bias

Meanwhile, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal made strong allegations against the Election Commission of India (ECI) and Delhi Police, claiming that their actions indicate a bias in favor of the BJP.

In a post on social media, Kejriwal accused the ECI and police of enabling hooliganism, shielding BJP wrongdoings, and turning a blind eye to illegal liquor and cash distribution.

His remarks came after the Delhi Police filed a case against AAP leader Atishi for alleged violations of the Model Code of Conduct, further intensifying the already heated election battle.

AAP Predicts Landslide Victory

In a final push before the campaign deadline, Kejriwal and Atishi held a massive roadshow in Kalkaji on Monday, where the AAP chief predicted a victory on at least 55 out of 70 assembly seats.

“This election is for the people of Delhi. We have delivered on our promises, and I am confident that the people will once again choose AAP over BJP’s false propaganda,” Kejriwal said.

With AAP, BJP, and Congress locked in a three-way battle, the election has turned into a fierce contest of accusations, counter-allegations, and claims of voter influence.
