KVIC To Inaugurate New Khadi Bhavan In Delhi On Gandhi Jayanti

New Delhi [India]: In line with “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” campaign of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Khadi and Village Industries Commisison will inaugurate a new Khadi Bhavan on the occasion of the Gandhi Jayant on October 2.

“In line with “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” campaign of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti is going to inaugurate a new Khadi Bhavan in the campus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi under the programme “New Khadi of New India”,” the release said.

The programme will be held in the presence of Chairman KVIC, Manoj Kumar.

The KVIC is charged with the planning, promotion, organisation and implementation of programs for the development of Khadi and other village industries in the rural areas in coordination with other agencies engaged in rural development wherever necessary.
