LUCKNOW – The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially announced the written examination results for the UP Police Sub-Inspector (Civil Police) Recruitment 2025. Along with the results, the board has also published the final answer key, ending the wait for thousands of aspirants.
Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their results, the final answer key, and category-specific cutoffs on the board’s official website: uppbpb.gov.in.
Key Highlights of the Result
1. Candidates Qualified for the Next Stage
Based on their performance in the written test, a total of 12,333 candidates have been declared successful. This pool of qualified candidates is approximately 2.7 times the number of advertised vacancies. The board noted that all candidates scoring equal to the cutoff marks in their respective categories have been included in this list.
2. DV/PST Schedule
The recruitment process now moves to the Document Verification (DV) and Physical Standard Test (PST) phase.
- Proposed Timeline: The DV/PST stage is scheduled to commence in the third week of May 2026.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who clear the DV/PST will proceed to the PET, which is slated for June 2026.
