January 15, 2025: Haryana BJP chief Mohanlal Badoli and singer-turned-politician Rocky Mittal have been accused of gang rape following a woman’s complaint filed in Himachal Pradesh’s Kasauli. The Himachal Pradesh Police registered an FIR against the two on December 13, 2024, based on allegations of sexual assault, intimidation, and blackmail.

The complainant, whose identity remains protected, alleges that she first met the accused in July 2023 at a hotel in Kasauli. The FIR further states that the accused coerced the survivor into a private room, forced her to consume alcohol, and assaulted her when she resisted. The woman alleges that the men recorded videos and clicked photographs of the act, later using these as blackmail to silence her.

Two months ago, the survivor was allegedly summoned to Mittal’s house in Panchkula, where she claims the duo threatened to implicate her in a false case if she revealed the incident.
