- IFS Officers: Receive training at the Foreign Service Institute.
- IRS Officers: Train at the National Academy of Direct Taxes.
💰 Salary Structure
Trainee officers receive a monthly stipend of approximately ₹40,000, with a gross salary of around ₹56,000. At senior levels, the salary can increase significantly, with IAS officers earning up to ₹2,50,000 per month, depending on rank and years of service.
