YouTuber Murders Husband With Dupatta, Dumps Body With Lover’s Help In Haryana

Accused arrested after CCTV exposes late-night body disposal; couple’s 6-year-old son now with grandparents

Hisar (Haryana), April 16, 2025 – In a shocking case that has gripped Haryana’s Hisar district, a 32-year-old YouTuber named Raveena has been arrested for strangling her husband Praveen with a dupatta and dumping his body with the help of her lover, Suresh. The murder was reportedly committed after the husband caught the duo in an objectionable position.

📹 From Instagram Reels to Cold-Blooded Murder

Raveena and Suresh reportedly met on Instagram and began creating short videos and reels together over the last year and a half. Despite repeated objections from her husband Praveen and his family, Raveena continued making content, gaining over 34,000 followers on Instagram and running a YouTube channel featuring dance videos and collaborations.

According to police, the relationship turned deadly when on March 25, Praveen walked in on Raveena and Suresh, leading to a confrontation. The duo strangled him using a dupatta, then hid the body in the house for several hours.

🛵 Chilling Crime Caught on CCTV

At around 2:30 am, the accused transported the body on a bike, with Suresh driving and Raveena sitting pillion. CCTV footage later captured Raveena and Suresh with a suspiciously large object between them, believed to be Praveen’s body, wrapped and hidden.

A few hours later, they were seen returning home — without the body.

On March 28, Praveen’s decomposed body was found in a drain along Dinnod Road, around 6 km from their home.

👨‍👩‍👦 Aftermath and Arrest

After reviewing CCTV footage and investigating the timeline, police arrested both Raveena and Suresh, who later confessed. They have now been sent to judicial custody.

Praveen’s six-year-old son is now under the care of his grandfather Subhash and uncle Sandeep.

The case follows a disturbing trend — just last month, a Meerut woman killed and dismembered her husband with the help of her lover, sealing his remains in a cement-filled drum. That case had also shocked the nation.
