1. Besan Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Besan (gram flour)
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the besan on low flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
  2. Add chopped nuts and cardamom powder, mix well.

5. Moong Dal Halwa

  • 1/2 cup water

  2. Mix water, milk, and sugar in another pan; bring it to a boil.
  3. Slowly add the sugar syrup to the dal mixture, stirring continuously.
