Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces New Sexual Battery Lawsuit from Male Photographer Amid Ongoing Legal Turmoil

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another civil sexual battery lawsuit, this time filed by a male photographer who alleges the rap icon demanded oral sex in exchange for career opportunities during a commercial shoot in late 2022 or early 2023.

The lawsuit, filed on March 26 in New York Supreme Court, outlines a disturbing account of what the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims was a “blatant sexual quid pro quo.”

The encounter reportedly took place inside Diddy’s trailer on a high-profile set. Doe claims that he complied under pressure, later returning to work “grappling not only with the trauma of the situation, but with the knowledge that he had Combs’ semen on and inside of his body.”

Represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who is already handling multiple other civil cases against Combs, the plaintiff is seeking damages and a jury trial, citing severe emotional and psychological distress.

This is the latest in a series of lawsuits filed against Combs since his ex-partner Cassie Ventura launched a high-profile rape lawsuit in November 2024, which was swiftly settled. Combs, currently held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, is scheduled to stand federal trial on May 12 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. If convicted, he faces life in prison.

Combs’ legal team, led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos, dismissed the new claims:

“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the attorneys said. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason… Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Meanwhile, Judge Jennifer Rochon ruled this week that plaintiffs using pseudonyms must file amended complaints with their real names by April 10, affecting multiple lawsuits filed by Buzbee’s firm.

Separately, a New York judge dismissed several claims in music producer Lil Rod’s $30 million lawsuit, although allowed some sex trafficking allegations to move forward. Lil Rod had accused Combs of trying to “groom him” for a sexual relationship during the production of The Love Album: Off the Grid.
