While meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Trump hinted at an upcoming “earth-shattering” announcement, promising it will be “a positive development for the country.”
“We have a very big announcement to make,” said Trump. “It’s not about trade… it’s going to be a truly earth-shattering and positive development for this country and for the people of this country.”
