“Nitish will not get anything in ‘Ghamandiya alliance’: BJP leader Samrat Chaudhary

Patna (Bihar) [India]: Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party President, Samrat Chaudhary lashed out at the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the opposition alliance INDIA and said this is a nation looting alliance, nothing else.

“Nitish Kumar will not get anything in the ‘Ghamandiya alliance’. There are 22 PM faces in this alliance and 17 faces of convenor. This is a nation looting alliance, these parties are preparing how to loot the country,” Samrat Chaudhary said.

The third meeting of the INDIA alliance will be held in Maharashtra’s Mumbai on August 31 and September 1.

Further targeting prime faces of the INDIA alliance, Samrat Chaudhary said, “Mamta Banerjee wants to be PM, Nitish Kumar wants to be PM, Kejriwal wants to be PM and Rahul Gandhi too wants to be PM. As there are so many candidates for PM post, voters will get confused.”

Bihar BJP president also replied on BSP supremo Mayawati terming the INDIA alliance as ‘anti-poor’.

“It is Mayawati’s own decision to not go with any alliance and fight the elections on its own. She has seen in 2019 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections after forming alliance with Samajwadi Party that this alliance is not going to do any good,” Samrat Chaudhary added.

Earlier today, Congress supporters gathered outside Mumbai airport to welcome party leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi who went to Mumbai to attend the INDIA alliance meeting.

The meeting will discuss the alliance strategies for the Lok Sabha election and the seat sharing in the states. A new logo of the INDIA alliance is also likely to be launched
A total of 28 parties are likely to participate in the third meeting of the newly formed opposition alliance in Mumbai.

INDIA or ‘Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance’ is a group of opposition parties, including the Congress. The parties have come together to take on the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which is led by PM Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and prevent it from winning a third straight term at the Centre in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The first meeting of the joint opposition convened in Patna on June 23 and the second meeting was held in Bengaluru on July 17-18. The third meeting is slated to be in Mumbai on August 31-September 1.
