Amid the swirling speculation, an old video of actor Vivek Oberoi, who was once reportedly in a relationship with Aishwarya, has resurfaced and gone viral.

For those unfamiliar with the history, Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan’s on-screen pairing became iconic, and they began dating in real life during the filming of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999. However, their relationship ended on a bitter note in 2002. Later, Aishwarya moved on and reportedly started dating Vivek Oberoi while working together on the 2004 film Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.
In a now-viral clip from an old episode of Koffee With Karan, Vivek was asked by host Karan Johar whether Aishwarya looked better in Bollywood or Hollywood. Vivek playfully responded, “She looks good in my arms.” This response has now sparked renewed interest among netizens, who took to social media to share their thoughts. One Instagram user commented, “She could’ve been still in his arms if he was smart enough to handle fame!” while another remarked on Vivek’s respect for Aishwarya during their time together, contrasting it with current rumors surrounding her marriage to Abhishek.
Adding another layer to the discussion, an old interview with Sohail Khan, Salman Khan’s brother, has also resurfaced. Sohail hinted that Aishwarya remained in contact with Salman even while dating Vivek, claiming it made Salman feel insecure about the relationship.
