Priyanka Chopra, marking 22 years since her Tamil film debut in ‘Thamizhan,’ shared a nostalgic throwback picture on Friday.
In the unseen image posted on her Instagram Stories, Priyanka is pictured onstage with co-star Vijay and composer D Imman, reminiscing about her beginnings in the South Indian film industry.
‘Thamizhan’ marked Priyanka’s acting debut following her Miss World win in 2000, preceding her Bollywood debut in ‘Andaaz’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta in 2003.
Switching gears to Hollywood, Priyanka teased her upcoming film ‘Heads of State’ by sharing a glimpse of the script on Instagram, signaling her return to the big screen. The movie also features John Cena and Idris Elba.
Additionally, Priyanka lends her voice to Disneynature’s ‘Tiger,’ exploring the world of these majestic creatures, set to release on Disney+ Hotstar.
