Sharjah [UAE], November 14 – The Sharjah Union Day Celebrations Committee has unveiled a lineup of events to mark the UAE’s 53rd National Day, also known as Eid Al Etihad. This year’s celebrations will honor the nation’s journey of resilience, determination, and success, bringing together all seven emirates in unity.
The program, running from November 21 to December 2, will feature a series of headline events across Sharjah’s cultural and tourist hotspots, celebrating the UAE’s achievements and heritage. Union Day is a time for UAE citizens and residents to express loyalty to the nation and pride in its leadership, symbolizing a united spirit of progress.
Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Union Day Celebrations Committee, extended his congratulations to the UAE’s leadership and thanked the Executive Council of Sharjah for organizing the celebrations. He acknowledged the contributions of all committee members and highlighted the importance of these festivities for citizens and residents alike.
“Union Day reaffirms our national identity as a truly global country that upholds the value of tolerance,” Al Midfa said. “Everyone is invited to join the events in Sharjah to celebrate our achievements, which reflect the vision of our leadership and the determination of our people.”
