Sky Being Sky! Skipper Reacts to Batters In The Nets With Unique Description

Ahead of the first T20I against Bangladesh, the Indian cricket team, led by Suryakumar Yadav, put in hard work during their net session in Gwalior.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a video on their official X account, showing players like Washington Sundar, Rinku Singh, and Nitish Kumar Reddy practicing powerful shots in the nets. Suryakumar Yadav was notably vocal during the session, cheering on his teammates with encouraging shouts like “Shot hai yaar!” and praising Rinku Singh’s power by saying “Brutal power.”

This T20I series marks the start of a three-match series against Bangladesh, with matches scheduled in Gwalior, Delhi, and Hyderabad. The Indian squad saw a change with Shivam Dube ruled out due to a back injury, and young Tilak Varma being named as his replacement. Tilak, who had an impressive IPL 2024 season, will link up with the team ahead of the first match.

Suryakumar also confirmed that Sanju Samson would open the batting alongside Abhishek Sharma, a rare move for Samson, who typically bats in the middle order. The Indian team enters this series with momentum, having recently won a Test series against Bangladesh 2-0.

India’s squad for the series includes several exciting names: Suryakumar Yadav (C), Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wk), Rinku Singh, Hardik Pandya, and more, making for an intriguing contest .
