Ahead of the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath while addressing a public meeting says there is an ongoing battle between the Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) over giving tickets to the biggest criminals.
He emphasized that if these criminals become MLA, there will be no development in the real sense. Adityanath also described how his ruling party has done well in the state, giving an example of establishing defence corridors in Uttar Pradesh.
Taking a jibe on how the law and order situation was in UP before 2017. Adityanath described how there was no safety for women, girls were afraid of going to school.
