Kohli’s knock of 84 off 98 balls was instrumental in guiding India to a crucial win, securing their spot in the final of the prestigious tournament.
After the match, Kohli's childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma, expressed his admiration for the star batter’s consistency and composure, particularly in high-pressure games. Sharma praised Kohli's mental strength and his knack for thriving in tough situations, stating, "He is called King Kohli because I have always said that he is 'bade match ka bada player.' He showed that yesterday too, against Australia. The tougher the competition, the better he bats. Mentally, he is very strong. Class is permanent, form is temporary. Sharma also spoke about the overall positive atmosphere in the Indian dressing room, emphasizing the team’s high morale and momentum heading into the final. "Team India has performed phenomenally.
