IPL 2025: Mark Boucher Praises Mitchell Starc’s Clutch Performance In Super Over Thriller Against Rajasthan Royals

April 17, 2025: In a thrilling encounter between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Mitchell Starc played a pivotal role in guiding DC to a hard-fought Super Over win. The match, which was an intense affair, saw Starc deliver a brilliant final over in the 20th over of RR’s chase, which helped take the game to a Super Over.

With RR needing nine runs from the last over to secure the win, Starc bowled an exceptional over, giving away only eight runs. His calm execution and tight bowling ensured that the match was tied, sending the game into a Super Over, where DC would eventually emerge victorious.

In the Super Over, RR posted a total of 11 runs, setting a target of 12 runs for DC. KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs came to the crease for DC, and they achieved the target in just four balls, securing the win for their team.
