March 12, 2025: India captain Rohit Sharma has surged to third place in the latest ICC ODI rankings for batters, surpassing teammate Virat Kohli and South Africa’s Heinrich Klaasen. The rankings, released on Wednesday, reflect Rohit’s match-winning 76-run knock in the ICC Champions Trophy final against New Zealand.
