The power couple made a surprise appearance at Novak Djokovic’s Round of 16 match, as the tennis legend stormed into the Wimbledon quarterfinals chasing his 25th Grand Slam title.
London, July 8:
Star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted in the stands of Centre Court at Wimbledon 2025, cheering for tennis great Novak Djokovic during his intense Round of 16 clash against Australia’s Alex de Minaur. Their presence quickly set social media abuzz, with viral photos showing the cricketer-actor duo enjoying the match and Kohli even referring to Djokovic as a “Gladiator.”

The sighting fueled speculation once again about the couple’s reported relocation to England. While several media outlets suggest the Kohli-Sharma family is seeking a quieter life for their children, away from the constant media spotlight in India, the couple has not issued any official confirmation.

Djokovic Fights Back in Four-Set Thriller
In a display of vintage grit and grace, Novak Djokovic overcame a shaky start to defeat de Minaur 1-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4, booking a record 16th quarterfinal appearance at Wimbledon. “It wasn’t a great start for me. He broke my serve three times in the first set,” Djokovic said post-match. “It was a lot of cat-and-mouse play… he’s one of the quickest players we have on Tour.”
With this victory, Djokovic now has a Wimbledon win-loss record of 101-11, second only to Roger Federer’s 105 wins. Federer, watching from the Royal Box, even drew a light-hearted mention from Djokovic during the post-match interaction:

“Sometimes, I wish I had the serve-and-volley and the nice touch from the gentleman right there,” Djokovic joked, pointing at Federer.
"It's probably the first time he's watched me and I won the match."
